Cameron Park is a warm community of more than 15,000 residents located in El Dorado County, California, approximately 30 miles east of Sacramento and 70 miles west of South Lake Tahoe. Larry Cameron originally established this area in the 1950’s as a 150-acre cattle ranch. Today it is a rural mix of large ranches, residential and business property.
EDDOG.org ( El Dorado Dog Owners Guild) is in the process of establishing the first off leash dog park in Cameron Park.

Before reserving your spot for your best friend, you'll be able to meet the sitter of your choice in the sitter's home. It's a good way to get to know each other and your dog will have a chance to sniff around and meet the sitter's dog. We want you to feel comfortable about leaving your dog in their loving care.
If you have a dog that isn't suited for boarding, cats or other small animals, Waggy's can come to you if you live in Folsom, Cameron Park, or El Dorado Hills. The sitter will come to your house to get a better understanding of what you would like done for your pet and your home.
